Pet Policy

Animal Policy: A maximum of two (2) pets per unit is permitted. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet in addition to a monthly pet rent charge, per pet, to be outlined in the TAA Lease Contract. If the community utilizes Pet Screening to register pets and animals, you will pay an additional one time fee of $20.

The following breeds, or partial breeds, are not permitted and are considered restricted breeds: Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Presa Canario, Mastiff (any breed), Cane Corsos, Great Dane, Dalmatian, and any Wolf hybrid of any kind. Exotic animals such as birds, snakes, reptiles, rabbits, ferrets, and insects are also considered a restricted breed and are not permitted. In addition, there is a 20-gallon fish tank/aquarium maximum.
